With the NeutrAl® – Low carbon footprint aluminium alloys product line, S.A.V. S.p.A. offers low carbon footprint aluminium alloys intended for customers who need to improve and report the environmental impact of their products. NeutrAl® alloys are produced using primary aluminium from renewable sources and highly selected recycled aluminium. The NeutrAl® product portfolio includes both aluminium alloys that comply with international industry standards and customised aluminium alloys developed to meet specific customer requirements.

Through its internal Product Carbon Footprint (C.F.P.) calculation system, certified by a third party in accordance with the international ISO 14067 standard, S.A.V. S.p.A. can determine and communicate cradle-to-gate C.F.P. values specific to the material actually delivered.
In this way, S.A.V. S.p.A. supports customers in quantifying their indirect emissions (Scope 3) and in achieving decarbonisation objectives toward climate neutrality.
The NeutrAl® product line can be customised according to the customer’s chemical specifications and decarbonisation (CFP) targets.
